Welcome to Oak Class page. 

Oak class is home to year 3, 4, 5 and 6 children. Mrs Childs is our class teacher Tuesday-Friday, Mrs Conlin is our class teacher Monday-Wednesday morning and Mrs Jones works with us on Thursday mornings.

Oak class is supported by Mr Neale, our class teaching assistant, and Mrs Lawson who works on a 1:1 basis with a member of our class.

Summer term 2023-24

This term we will be learning about lots of exciting topics from around the world. Take a look at our overview to see what each subject holds and also how our curriculum drivers underpin the curriculum.

Spring term 2023-24

This term we will learn about Earth and Space in Science and make some moving cars in DT (Design technology). Read our overview below to find out more about what we are learning. Autumn term 2023-24

This term we have lots of exciting learning planned across the curriculum including 'Prehistoric painting' in Art and using Micro:bits in DT. We will also answer important questions such as "Why are rainforests important to us?" as geographers and "How have children's lives changed?" as historians.
